I recently used US Canada Auto Transport to ship my car from Orlando, FL, USA to Ontario, Canada. Overall experience was good & car was delivered safely to warehouse with no damage. One thing I need to appreciate was that all the required paperwork & documentation were handled by them which made process easy. Remaining was to fill Form 1 & visit warehouse to collect the car.Pricing was competitive & affordable when compared to other companies for this cross-border car shipping.Only downside was communication regarding delivery date. Driver did not contact before the delivery for car to warehouse. instead, I received a call around Friday noon for car pickup. This created urgency because if I had been unable to collect my car on Friday, I would have been responsible to warehouse storage fees from Friday to Monday which were CAD 220 per day.Despite the communication issue, I am happy, as my car arrived safely, documentation was smooth & price was great. I would definitely recommend US Canada auto transport for their overall service. I would suggest they improve advance notification & coordination before vehicle delivery to warehouse.

I had a great experience shipping my car from San Jose to Toronto. The entire process was smooth, communication was timely, and the team kept me informed throughout. My car arrived in the exact same condition as when I handed it over, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.The vehicle reached the CBSA bonded warehouse in about two weeks, which was in line with expectations. Since I was importing the car on a work permit, I had to complete the customs clearance process myself at the bonded warehouse, but the shipping portion was handled efficiently.One thing that caught me by surprise was that the vehicle changed carriers during transit. This wasn't something I was aware of before pickup, so I was initially concerned when I saw that the Bill of Lading listed a destination in Michigan. Fortunately, Julia's communication saved the day. I actually had a great experience with US Canada Auto Transport. After the initial inquiry, I had a designated contact, Chinoso, who took care to make sure I had all my paperwork in order for the transport, and handled the logistics. Communication was good, the vehicle was picked up in a timely fashion, and got delivered to my door, undamaged and safely, for the agreed upon amount, without a hiccup.One thing I did do was enlist the help of a Customs Broker, Border Buddy, which was totally worth it. They handled the paperwork to export the vehicle from the US, and import it in Canada, and paid the duties on my behalf. Not having to physically go to the border or deal with importation personally was a huge value. Border Buddy and US Canada Auto Transport worked well together and made it very easy for me.If I ever import a vehicle again, I'll use both services as I was perfectly happy with both.Many thanks to all involved! Got my vehicle delivered within 2 weeks whereas other carriers were stating 4 weeks time.Highly recommend it for cross border vehicle delivery.

I recently used US Canada Auto Transport to relocate my US vehicle from Quebec Canada to California. The process was absolutely seamless. This company knows their business. I literally did nothing but sign the contract. They handled customs - no issues there, not one. The delivery driver gave us plenty of notice ahead of the pick up and delivery. It took about 2 weeks. The vehicle was in great shape. As for Julia, my contact person, be advised that she may come across as “no nonsense” but it’s because she knows her stuff. Trust her. The transport fee was the lowest price out of 5 companies I contacted. I highly recommend this company!

I worked with Julia to ship my Tesla Model 3 from San Francisco to Toronto. She took care of everything and provided me all the information regarding documentation, customs process and the delivery step.I chose US Canada Auto Transport as they were the only shipping company that allowed me to ship personal items of 100 lbs and reasonable with their price compared to the others.My car was picked on Oct 4 and I received the car in Toronto on Oct 17 (there was a long weekend on 14th Oct here in Canada).Julia communicated about the car delivery a day before it was delivered and I got a call on the day of delivery too. I picked the car from Stream Logistics on Oct 17 at the bonded warehouse in Mississauga. It was a real smooth process, hardly took 25-30 minutes including Customs process at CBSA office. There was no scratch or any wear/tear issue on the car.I definitely recommend the US Canada Auto Transport. Thanks once again for your service 🙂

I worked with Dion and his team at US Canada Transport to import my daughter's 2023 Volvo from Vancouver, Canada to Orlando, FL. They were very professional and provided excellent service on a timely basis. They were very responsive to my many questions and made arrangements so we could drop the car at a depot in Vancouver at our convenience. From there, they took care of the shipping and all of the dealings with customs to get the car across the border all for one price. There were no hidden costs, the price that we were quoted was the price we paid. The delivery of the car went smoothly as well as the transport driver kept us informed of the expected delivery date and then provided a delivery time window on the delivery day. We had good experience with US Canada transport and would recommend them for cross-border shipping of vehicles
