Shipped my car with them from Texas, US to Quebec, CA. Whole process was smooth. They took care of all the paper work at the border. I was shipping my Canadian car back to Canada from Texas so paper work was simpler. Total transit time was about 7 days. They were also very competitive on pricing. I actually had a great experience with US Canada Auto Transport. After the initial inquiry, I had a designated contact, Chinoso, who took care to make sure I had all my paperwork in order for the transport, and handled the logistics. Communication was good, the vehicle was picked up in a timely fashion, and got delivered to my door, undamaged and safely, for the agreed upon amount, without a hiccup.One thing I did do was enlist the help of a Customs Broker, Border Buddy, which was totally worth it. They handled the paperwork to export the vehicle from the US, and import it in Canada, and paid the duties on my behalf. Not having to physically go to the border or deal with importation personally was a huge value. Border Buddy and US Canada Auto Transport worked well together and made it very easy for me.If I ever import a vehicle again, I'll use both services as I was perfectly happy with both.Many thanks to all involved! It was a team effort.

I recently used US Canada Auto Transport to relocate my US vehicle from Quebec Canada to California. The process was absolutely seamless. This company knows their business. I literally did nothing but sign the contract. They handled customs - no issues there, not one. The delivery driver gave us plenty of notice ahead of the pick up and delivery. It took about 2 weeks. The vehicle was in great shape. As for Julia, my contact person, be advised that she may come across as “no nonsense” but it’s because she knows her stuff. Trust her. The transport fee was the lowest price out of 5 companies I contacted. I highly recommend this company!

I worked with Julia to ship my Tesla Model 3 from San Francisco to Toronto. She took care of everything and provided me all the information regarding documentation, customs process and the delivery step.I chose US Canada Auto Transport as they were the only shipping company that allowed me to ship personal items of 100 lbs and reasonable with their price compared to the others.My car was picked on Oct 4 and I received the car in Toronto on Oct 17 (there was a long weekend on 14th Oct here in Canada).Julia communicated about the car delivery a day before it was delivered and I got a call on the day of delivery too. I picked the car from Stream Logistics on Oct 17 at the bonded warehouse in Mississauga. It was a real smooth process, hardly took 25-30 minutes including Customs process at CBSA office. I worked with Dion and his team at US Canada Transport to import my daughter's 2023 Volvo from Vancouver, Canada to Orlando, FL. They were very professional and provided excellent service on a timely basis. They were very responsive to my many questions and made arrangements so we could drop the car at a depot in Vancouver at our convenience. From there, they took care of the shipping and all of the dealings with customs to get the car across the border all for one price. There were no hidden costs, the price that we were quoted was the price we paid. The delivery of the car went smoothly as well as the transport driver kept us informed of the expected delivery date and then provided a delivery time window on the delivery day. US Canada Auto Transport was very pleasant to work with. Julia was able to keep me in the loop every step of the way. I transported a vehicle from Ontario to Oklahoma City, OK. The customs process was a breeze, with just a few forms to fill out and sign. Originally, I had anticipated that the vehicle would take anywhere from 14-21 days to be delivered. It actually took 4 days! The transporter texted me with photos of the car when they received it and were very communicative on timelines of receiving the car. The customer broker, Livingston International, were communicative as well. The only slight hiccup was that I had to communicate to Livingston International that I didn't received a stamped CBP. They were able to finally get it from the customs border (took a few days). Reason why this is needed is that some states/tag agencies/DMV require this stamped CBP form in order to register the vehicle. Overall, I had a great experience and would do business with US Canada Auto Transport!

The shipping was positive and within the expected time frame. The car arrived damage free and the driver was friendly and cooperative. There are a few items that need clarifying. The bank and location given to transfer the fee was not clear, one email indicated a branch in San Diego and another email indicated a branch in New York. I was disappointed in being charged an extra $75.00 for gasoline for the vehicle and starter fluid. When the vehicle was received I expected there would be at least half a tank of gas, however the gauges indicated empty. If the car needed gas I understand a certain charge but I expected some gas in the tank when I received the car.
