I actually had a great experience with US Canada Auto Transport. After the initial inquiry, I had a designated contact, Chinoso, who took care to make sure I had all my paperwork in order for the transport, and handled the logistics. Communication was good, the vehicle was picked up in a timely fashion, and got delivered to my door, undamaged and safely, for the agreed upon amount, without a hiccup.One thing I did do was enlist the help of a Customs Broker, Border Buddy, which was totally worth it. They handled the paperwork to export the vehicle from the US, and import it in Canada, and paid the duties on my behalf. Not having to physically go to the border or deal with importation personally was a huge value. Border Buddy and US Canada Auto Transport worked well together and made it very easy for me.If I ever import a vehicle again, I'll use both services as I was perfectly happy with both.Many thanks to all involved! It was a team effort.

I literally did nothing but sign the contract. They handled customs - no issues there, not one. The delivery driver gave us plenty of notice ahead of the pick up and delivery. It took about 2 weeks. I worked with Julia to ship my Tesla Model 3 from San Francisco to Toronto. She took care of everything and provided me all the information regarding documentation, customs process and the delivery step.I chose US Canada Auto Transport as they were the only shipping company that allowed me to ship personal items of 100 lbs and reasonable with their price compared to the others.My car was picked on Oct 4 and I received the car in Toronto on Oct 17 (there was a long weekend on 14th Oct here in Canada).Julia communicated about the car delivery a day before it was delivered and I got a call on the day of delivery too. I picked the car from Stream Logistics on Oct 17 at the bonded warehouse in Mississauga. It was a real smooth process, hardly took 25-30 minutes including Customs process at CBSA office. There was no scratch or any wear/tear issue on the car.I definitely recommend the US Canada Auto Transport. Thanks once again for your service 🙂

I recently had US Canada Auto Transport bring my car down from Ontario to Arizona where I am now living. I provided documents which they required and they looked after all the details to get my car across the border, through customs and transported to my home in AZ. When they came I signed for it and my car was ready to go. It took a week for my car to get here once it started. I would highly recommend this company to others!

Great experience with them. I got my 2010 Nissan SUV shipped from CA to Canada. The whole process is straightforward.They prodived detailed instructions for required documents and then scheduled the pick up. I went to claim my car once it is delivered. They also provided instructions on the RIV form.Overall, great service and price.
