I worked with Dion and his team at US Canada Transport to import my daughter's 2023 Volvo from Vancouver, Canada to Orlando, FL. They were very professional and provided excellent service on a timely basis. They were very responsive to my many questions and made arrangements so we could drop the car at a depot in Vancouver at our convenience. From there, they took care of the shipping and all of the dealings with customs to get the car across the border all for one price. There were no hidden costs, the price that we were quoted was the price we paid. The delivery of the car went smoothly as well as the transport driver kept us informed of the expected delivery date and then provided a delivery time window on the delivery day. I recently had US Canada Auto Transport bring my car down from Ontario to Arizona where I am now living. I provided documents which they required and they looked after all the details to get my car across the border, through customs and transported to my home in AZ. US Canada Auto Transport was very pleasant to work with. Julia was able to keep me in the loop every step of the way. I transported a vehicle from Ontario to Oklahoma City, OK. The customs process was a breeze, with just a few forms to fill out and sign. Originally, I had anticipated that the vehicle would take anywhere from 14-21 days to be delivered. It actually took 4 days! The transporter texted me with photos of the car when they received it and were very communicative on timelines of receiving the car. The customer broker, Livingston International, were communicative as well. The only slight hiccup was that I had to communicate to Livingston International that I didn't received a stamped CBP. They were able to finally get it from the customs border (took a few days). Reason why this is needed is that some states/tag agencies/DMV require this stamped CBP form in order to register the vehicle. Overall, I had a great experience and would do business with US Canada Auto Transport!

The shipping was positive and within the expected time frame. The car arrived damage free and the driver was friendly and cooperative. There are a few items that need clarifying. The bank and location given to transfer the fee was not clear, one email indicated a branch in San Diego and another email indicated a branch in New York. I was disappointed in being charged an extra $75.00 for gasoline for the vehicle and starter fluid. When the vehicle was received I expected there would be at least half a tank of gas, however the gauges indicated empty. If the car needed gas I understand a certain charge but I expected some gas in the tank when I received the car.

US Canada Auto Transport helped me ship my car from Texas to Ontario. The whole process was smooth and all the instructions were given clearly, on how to get my car ready for transport. Price was great. It was around how much it would have costed me to personally go to Texas and drive the car back. They charged me 2050 USD (your quote may vary). Thats all I paid for. There were no hidden charges surprisingly. Car was delivered in 2 weeks time and in the same condition it was picked up. You cannot ship personal items in the car any more because of Border Patrol Restrictions.After delivery at the bonded garage, I had to go to the nearest border patrol station (closest airport/border crossing) and get the customs cleared. only then they let you pick up the car. Thats process here in Canada. Mentioning it here so someone can benefit.
