I had a serious issue with this vehicle transport company.Upon delivery, my vehicle had new rear scratches that were not noted on the Bill of Lading at pickup and were not present in the origin photos. The company denied responsibility for the damage.The vehicle also had 27 km of additional mileage. The company admitted the driver used my vehicle to pick up parts, which was unauthorized, and later compensated for the unauthorized use.I had two Apple AirTags in different locations inside the vehicle. One AirTag showed the vehicle at a truck repair shop, and the other at an auto paint shop. The driver stated he went to the auto paint shop to pick up parts for the truck; however, my vehicle remained there for an entire day. Upon delivery, the vehicle smelled strongly of fresh paint. No explanation was provided.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I was shipping my Canadian car back to Canada from Texas so paper work was simpler. Total transit time was about 7 days. They were also very competitive on pricing. The pick up in Canada was fantastic, driver was very personable. The drop off wasn’t as great. The driver dropped it off 20mins away from the destination and wouldn’t reload the vehicle. He did however drive the key to the correct destination.

I actually had a great experience with US Canada Auto Transport. After the initial inquiry, I had a designated contact, Chinoso, who took care to make sure I had all my paperwork in order for the transport, and handled the logistics. Communication was good, the vehicle was picked up in a timely fashion, and got delivered to my door, undamaged and safely, for the agreed upon amount, without a hiccup.One thing I did do was enlist the help of a Customs Broker, Border Buddy, which was totally worth it. They handled the paperwork to export the vehicle from the US, and import it in Canada, and paid the duties on my behalf. Not having to physically go to the border or deal with importation personally was a huge value. Border Buddy and US Canada Auto Transport worked well together and made it very easy for me.If I ever import a vehicle again, I'll use both services as I was perfectly happy with both.Many thanks to all involved! I worked with Selvyn. They will damage your car while offloading and then hold you liable for their “deductible”, which is ludicrous. Their automated helpline says "...get helped by our super friendly and courteous staff.." Only thing I can tell you is their definition of "friendly and courteous" doesn't conform to normal standards. Their staff was outright rude and condescending! The lady was almost shouting. Going by the "courteous" service they provided in my first interaction, hard for me to work with them now or in the future.

They were very professional and provided excellent service on a timely basis. From there, they took care of the shipping and all of the dealings with customs to get the car across the border all for one price. There were no hidden costs, the price that we were quoted was the price we paid. The delivery of the car went smoothly as well as the transport driver kept us informed of the expected delivery date and then provided a delivery time window on the delivery day. I recently had a terrible experience with US Canada Auto Transport when I shipped my truck from the U.S. to Canada. Upon receiving the vehicle, I discovered that the gate door cover was missing, even though it was securely screwed to the truck before shipping. When I contacted the company, they brushed off my concern, blaming it on "wind problems," which is completely unacceptable and makes no sense given how the cover was attached. Their lack of accountability and refusal to resolve the issue shows a complete disregard for customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable vehicle shipping.

Great experience with them. I got my 2010 Nissan SUV shipped from CA to Canada. The whole process is straightforward.They prodived detailed instructions for required documents and then scheduled the pick up. I went to claim my car once it is delivered. They also provided instructions on the RIV form.Overall, great service and price.

US Canada Auto Transport was very pleasant to work with. Julia was able to keep me in the loop every step of the way. I transported a vehicle from Ontario to Oklahoma City, OK. The customs process was a breeze, with just a few forms to fill out and sign. Originally, I had anticipated that the vehicle would take anywhere from 14-21 days to be delivered. It actually took 4 days! The transporter texted me with photos of the car when they received it and were very communicative on timelines of receiving the car. The customer broker, Livingston International, were communicative as well. The only slight hiccup was that I had to communicate to Livingston International that I didn't received a stamped CBP. They were able to finally get it from the customs border (took a few days). Reason why this is needed is that some states/tag agencies/DMV require this stamped CBP form in order to register the vehicle. Overall, I had a great experience and would do business with US Canada Auto Transport!
