I recently used US Canada Auto Transport to ship my car from Orlando, FL, USA to Ontario, Canada. Overall experience was good & car was delivered safely to warehouse with no damage. One thing I need to appreciate was that all the required paperwork & documentation were handled by them which made process easy. Remaining was to fill Form 1 & visit warehouse to collect the car.Pricing was competitive & affordable when compared to other companies for this cross-border car shipping.Only downside was communication regarding delivery date. Driver did not contact before the delivery for car to warehouse. instead, I received a call around Friday noon for car pickup. This created urgency because if I had been unable to collect my car on Friday, I would have been responsible to warehouse storage fees from Friday to Monday which were CAD 220 per day.Despite the communication issue, I am happy, as my car arrived safely, documentation was smooth & price was great. I would definitely recommend US Canada auto transport for their overall service. I would suggest they improve advance notification & coordination before vehicle delivery to warehouse.

We hired us Canada to transport a medium duty truck for us and upon delivery the drivers had completely wore out the clutch in the truck. After emailing them trying to get some sort of compensation for the 8000$ clutch and flywheel that needed to be replaced I was told that “we are not responsible for damage that happens during transport”The route that they had driven was a 2100km route that the vehicle never would have made it through in the condition that we received it in and never should have been attempted if the clutch had been severely slipping at time of pickup. Would highly not recommend for any larger vehicle transport.

I had a great experience shipping my car from San Jose to Toronto. The entire process was smooth, communication was timely, and the team kept me informed throughout. My car arrived in the exact same condition as when I handed it over, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.The vehicle reached the CBSA bonded warehouse in about two weeks, which was in line with expectations. Since I was importing the car on a work permit, I had to complete the customs clearance process myself at the bonded warehouse, but the shipping portion was handled efficiently.One thing that caught me by surprise was that the vehicle changed carriers during transit. This wasn't something I was aware of before pickup, so I was initially concerned when I saw that the Bill of Lading listed a destination in Michigan. Fortunately, Julia's communication saved the day. She was responsive, explained the process clearly, and reassured me that everything was proceeding as planned.Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking to transport a vehicle across the U.S.-Canada border.

I had a serious issue with this vehicle transport company.Upon delivery, my vehicle had new rear scratches that were not noted on the Bill of Lading at pickup and were not present in the origin photos. The company denied responsibility for the damage.The vehicle also had 27 km of additional mileage. The company admitted the driver used my vehicle to pick up parts, which was unauthorized, and later compensated for the unauthorized use.I had two Apple AirTags in different locations inside the vehicle. One AirTag showed the vehicle at a truck repair shop, and the other at an auto paint shop. The driver stated he went to the auto paint shop to pick up parts for the truck; however, my vehicle remained there for an entire day. Upon delivery, the vehicle smelled strongly of fresh paint. No explanation was provided.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Shipped my car with them from Texas, US to Quebec, CA. Whole process was smooth. They took care of all the paper work at the border. I was shipping my Canadian car back to Canada from Texas so paper work was simpler. Total transit time was about 7 days. They were also very competitive on pricing. I recently transported my car from Toronto to Vancouver. It took a month and the company instead of listening to me, directed me to the railway for the delay. They did not compensated me for the days my car got delyed and I had to pay a lot of money for my rental car. I do not recommend this company.

I actually had a great experience with US Canada Auto Transport. After the initial inquiry, I had a designated contact, Chinoso, who took care to make sure I had all my paperwork in order for the transport, and handled the logistics. Communication was good, the vehicle was picked up in a timely fashion, and got delivered to my door, undamaged and safely, for the agreed upon amount, without a hiccup.One thing I did do was enlist the help of a Customs Broker, Border Buddy, which was totally worth it. They handled the paperwork to export the vehicle from the US, and import it in Canada, and paid the duties on my behalf. Not having to physically go to the border or deal with importation personally was a huge value. Border Buddy and US Canada Auto Transport worked well together and made it very easy for me.If I ever import a vehicle again, I'll use both services as I was perfectly happy with both.Many thanks to all involved! It was a team effort.

I worked with Selvyn. They will damage your car while offloading and then hold you liable for their “deductible”, which is ludicrous. I’m not sure how a company can damage your vehicle and then expect you to pay for the damages. Absolute clowns and will never use again. I hope no one else falls for this farce.

Their automated helpline says "...get helped by our super friendly and courteous staff.." Only thing I can tell you is their definition of "friendly and courteous" doesn't conform to normal standards. Their staff was outright rude and condescending! The lady was almost shouting. Going by the "courteous" service they provided in my first interaction, hard for me to work with them now or in the future.

I recently used US Canada Auto Transport to relocate my US vehicle from Quebec Canada to California. The process was absolutely seamless. This company knows their business. I literally did nothing but sign the contract. They handled customs - no issues there, not one. The delivery driver gave us plenty of notice ahead of the pick up and delivery. It took about 2 weeks. The vehicle was in great shape. As for Julia, my contact person, be advised that she may come across as “no nonsense” but it’s because she knows her stuff. Trust her. The transport fee was the lowest price out of 5 companies I contacted. I highly recommend this company!

I worked with Julia to ship my Tesla Model 3 from San Francisco to Toronto. She took care of everything and provided me all the information regarding documentation, customs process and the delivery step.I chose US Canada Auto Transport as they were the only shipping company that allowed me to ship personal items of 100 lbs and reasonable with their price compared to the others.My car was picked on Oct 4 and I received the car in Toronto on Oct 17 (there was a long weekend on 14th Oct here in Canada).Julia communicated about the car delivery a day before it was delivered and I got a call on the day of delivery too. I picked the car from Stream Logistics on Oct 17 at the bonded warehouse in Mississauga. It was a real smooth process, hardly took 25-30 minutes including Customs process at CBSA office. There was no scratch or any wear/tear issue on the car.I definitely recommend the US Canada Auto Transport. Thanks once again for your service 🙂

I worked with Dion and his team at US Canada Transport to import my daughter's 2023 Volvo from Vancouver, Canada to Orlando, FL. They were very professional and provided excellent service on a timely basis. They were very responsive to my many questions and made arrangements so we could drop the car at a depot in Vancouver at our convenience. From there, they took care of the shipping and all of the dealings with customs to get the car across the border all for one price. There were no hidden costs, the price that we were quoted was the price we paid. The delivery of the car went smoothly as well as the transport driver kept us informed of the expected delivery date and then provided a delivery time window on the delivery day. We had good experience with US Canada transport and would recommend them for cross-border shipping of vehicles

I recently had a terrible experience with US Canada Auto Transport when I shipped my truck from the U.S. to Canada. Upon receiving the vehicle, I discovered that the gate door cover was missing, even though it was securely screwed to the truck before shipping. When I contacted the company, they brushed off my concern, blaming it on "wind problems," which is completely unacceptable and makes no sense given how the cover was attached. Their lack of accountability and refusal to resolve the issue shows a complete disregard for customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable vehicle shipping.
